SHIPPING

All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced.

When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your package. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check before contacting us.

We occasionally offer free shipping within Europe on all orders. This will be clearly communicated on our website.

Free delivery campaigns will be activated when you are checking out.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Please contact us at mail@villao.dk for your returns details.

Our returns address is stated below.  Return shipping costs will not be refunded. We strongly advise your return shipment to have a tracking number. All packages remain the responsibility of you, the buyer until received at our returns address as stated below. Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. VILLAO reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria.
