ORDER CONFIRMATION

By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and VILLAO once an order is completed on villao.dk, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order, VILLAO reserves the right not to send the product to the customer, and thus cancel the order.

PAYMENT

VILLAO accepts VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard through www.villao.dk. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to VILLAO, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information. VILLAO does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. If payment is through PayPal, the customer can safely transfer money for the transaction with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and an encrypted connection.

All prices include Danish VAT. Prices are without shipping or other services that Villao may offer. Villao reserves the right to change prices at any time. On Villao prices are shown in the following currencies: Danish Kroner (DKK), U.S. Dollars (USD), British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and Euro (EUR).

LOCAL LEVIES

Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Please contact us at mail@villao.dk for your returns slip that must be enclosed inside the package when returned.

Our returns address is stated below.  Return shipping costs will not be refunded. We strongly advise your return shipment to have a tracking number. All packages remain the responsibility of you, the buyer until received at our returns address as stated below. Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. VILLAO reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria.

All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by VILLAO. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by VILLAO.

If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once the returned product is received by VILLAO, the items are refunded.

WARRANTY

All products from VILLAO come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact customer service at mail@villao.dk.

We offer tax free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries.

PACKAGES

All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced.

When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your package. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check before contacting us.

We occasionally offer free shipping on all orders. This will be clearly communicated on our website.
